신명기 10:17 너희의 하나님 여호와는 신 가운데 신이시며 주 가운데 주시요 크고 능하시며 두려우신 하나님이시라 사람을 외모로 보지 아니하시며 뇌물을 받지 아니하시고 10:17 For the LORD your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality and accepts no bribes.

10:17 The phrase God of gods does not affirm the existence of other gods; rather, it affirms God’s absolute sovereignty over all powers in heaven and earth. The Hebrew ʾelohim, translated gods, can also refer to angels or other powerful beings (see Ps 82:1). 신 가운데 신이시며 라는 표현은 다른 신들의 존재를 긍정하는 것이 아닙니다. 오히려 그것은 하늘과 땅의 모든 권세에 대한 하나님의 절대 주권을 확증하는 것입니다. 신들로 번역된 히브리어 엘로힘은, 천사나 다른 강력한 존재를 의미할 수도 있습니다.

10:17 accepts no bribes. In ancient Near Eastern religion, gods could be manipulated because they had needs. By providing food, clothing and shelter for the god, an individual could win favor. Yahweh here makes it clear that he will not distort justice for personal gain. 뇌물을 받지 아니하시고 : 고대 근동 종교에서 신은 무엇인가 필요가 있었기 때문에 그들을 조종할 수 있었습니다. 신에게 음식, 의복, 거처를 제공함으로써 개인은 호의를 얻을 수 있었습니다. 여기에서 (어떤 것도 부족함이 없는 완전하신 / 역자 추가) 여호와는 자신이 이익을 얻기 위해서 정의를 왜곡하지 않으실 것임을 분명히 밝히십니다.

2 The psalmist approaches God as “my Lord” (Adonai) and as “my good” (NIV, “I have no good thing”). The designation “my Lord” reveals the psalmist’s submission to him as “Master” and “Ruler” (see 8:1), in contrast to those who run after other gods (v. 4). 시편 기자는 하나님을 “나의 주” (아도나이) 와 “나의 복” 으로 표현합니다. “나의 주”라는 명칭은 다른 신들을 따르는 자들과는 대조적으로 시편 기자가 “주”와 “통치자”로서 그분께 복종하고 있음을 드러냅니다.

16:2 apart from you The psalmist finds contentment and sufficiency in Yahweh. The psalmist of Psalm 73 makes a similar statement in response to the prosperity of the wicked (73:25). 시편 기자는 여호와 안에서 만족과 충분함을 찾습니다. 시편 73편의 기자는 악인의 형통에 대한 응답으로 비슷한 진술을 합니다.

로마서 10:9 네가 만일 네 입으로 예수를 주로 시인하며 또 하나님께서 그를 죽은 자 가운데서 살리신 것을 네 마음에 믿으면 구원을 받으리라 10:9 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

10:9 confess … Jesus as Lord. Not a simple acknowledgment that He is God and the Lord of the universe, since even demons acknowledge that to be true (Jas 2:19). This is the deep personal conviction, without reservation, that Jesus is that person’s own master or sovereign. This phrase includes repenting from sin, trusting in Jesus for salvation, and submitting to Him as Lord. This is the volitional element of faith. 예수를 주로 시인하며 : 이것은 그분이 하나님이시며 우주의 주이심을 단순히 인정하는 것이 아닙니다. 왜냐하면 심지어 귀신들도 그것을 사실임을 인정하기 때문입니다. 이것은 예수님이 그 사람의 주인 혹은 주권자이심을 주저 없이 인정하는 깊은 개인적인 확신입니다. 이 구절에는 죄를 회개하고, 구원을 위해 예수님을 신뢰하며, 그분을 주님으로 복종하는 것이 포함됩니다. 이것이 믿음의 의지적 요소입니다.

로마서 14:8 우리가 살아도 주를 위하여 살고 죽어도 주를 위하여 죽나니 그러므로 사나 죽으나 우리가 주의 것이로다 14:8 If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. 14:9 이를 위하여 그리스도께서 죽었다가 다시 살아나셨으니 곧 죽은 자와 산 자의 주가 되려 하심이라 14:9 For this very reason, Christ died and returned to life so that he might be the Lord of both the dead and the living.

14:8 we die for the Lord Indicates that in all things, the believer’s purpose is to serve and please God. 죽어도 주를 위하여 죽나니 : 이것은 모든 일에서 신자의 목적은 하나님을 섬기고 기쁘시게 하는 것임을 나타냅니다.

we are the Lord’s Paul affirms that neither life nor death can adversely affect the believer’s union with Christ (see Rom 8:35; 1 Thess 5:10). 우리가 주의 것이로다 : 바울은 삶이나 죽음 모두가 신자의 그리스도의 연합에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 없다고 단언합니다.

14:4–9 jesus christ, Lord—As Lord, Jesus Christ not only rules over us. He provides needed strength for our weaknesses. Life is lived in relationship to the risen Lord and his will for us not in relationship to the opinions and judgments of other people. Only he earned the right to be our Lord through his death and resurrection. 주이신 예수 그리스도 : 예수 그리스도는 주님으로서 우리를 다스리실 뿐만 아니라, 그분은 우리의 연약함을 위해 필요한 힘을 공급해 주십니다. 성도의 삶은 다른 사람들의 의견이나 판단에 좌우되는 것이 아니라 부활하신 주님과 우리를 향한 그분의 뜻과의 관계 속에서 살아갑니다. 오직 그분만이 그분의 죽음과 부활을 통해 우리의 주님이 되실 자격을 얻으셨습니다.

the name that is above every name. This is the “name”—that is, the title—“Lord,” conferred on the Jesus the Messiah in His exaltation in recognition of His complete obedience in His redemptive mission from the Father (Acts 2:36; Eph. 1:21). The God-man is shown to be more than worthy to be called Lord because He successfully accomplished His mission to bring salvation, and so His humanity shares in the glory and honor that He is due. 모든 이름 위에 뛰어난 이름을 주사 : 이것은 메시아이신 예수님께서 그분의 높아지심에서 수여된 “이름”, 즉 칭호인 “주”를 의미하는 것입니다. 이 이름은, 아버지께 받은 자신의 구속 사명에 대한 예수님의 완전한 순종을 치하하고 기리기 위해 주어진 이름입니다. 신인이신 예수님은, “주”로 부르심을 받기에 합당하신 분으로 드러나셨습니다.

목양말씀암송 (39) 예수님 안에서, 정죄는 없습니다 (로마서 8장 1절)

 

로마서 8:1 그러므로 이제 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 자에게는 결코 정죄함이 없나니 8:1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 8:2 이는 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 생명의 성령의 법이 죄와 사망의 법에서 너를 해방하였음이라 (개역개정) 8:2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. 8:1 therefore. The apostle’s concern here is pastoral. Paul is telling his readers, in light of the foregoing reminder of their continuing sinfulness, that they must now recall their acceptance, immunity, and security in Christ; and (vv. 2–4) they must recognize that the presence of God’s Spirit is delivering them from the impotence and frustration of life in “the flesh,” portrayed in ch. 7. no condemnation. Probably in both senses—judgment and punishment. 로마서 8장 1절에서 바울 사도는, 목회적인 관심을 가지고 말하고 있습니다. 바울은 자신이 앞서 언급한 그리스도인의 계속되는 죄의 현실에 비추어, 자신의 독자들은 그리스도 안에 있는 자신들의 용납, 면제, 그리고 안전에 대하여 지금 반드시 상기해야 한다고 말합니다. 그리고 그들은, 하나님의 영이신 성령의 임재하심이 7장에서 묘사된 “육신” 안에 있는 삶의 무능함과 좌절로부터 자신들을 건져 내신다는 사실을 인정해야만 합니다. 정죄 함이 없나니 : 아마도 심판과 형벌이라는 두가지를 의미하는 것입니다.

8:2 law of the Spirit. In contrast to the old covenant, the new covenant would write God’s law on the hearts of his people (Jer 31:31–34) by the Spirit (Eze 36:27). This had always been God’s ideal (Dt 6:6; 30:6, 14). 성령의 법 : 옛 언약과 대조되게, 새 언약은 성령 하나님께서 하나님의 법을 그분의 백성의 마음에 기록할 것입니다. 이것이 항상 하나님의 이상이었습니다.

아버지 하나님, 오늘도 주님의 은혜를 의지합니다. 현재 저의 상황에 대한 주님의 뜻을 모두 알 수는 없지만, 예수 그리스도 안에서 저를 자녀 삼으심을 다시 한번 기억합니다. 저의 모든 죄들과 무능과 좌절에서 다시 일어나게 하시는 성령님을 의지하기 원합니다. 오늘 하루도 오직 성령님을 힘써 따르기 원하며 주님의 말씀 안에서 행하고 위로 받기 원합니다. 예수님 이름으로 기도 드립니다. 아멘.
