목양말씀암송 (20) 심판의 날이 당신을 기다립니다 (사도행전 17장 30-31절)

사도행전 17:30 알지 못하던 시대에는 하나님이 간과하셨거니와 이제는 어디든지 사람에게 다 명하사 회개하라 하셨으니 17:30 In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent. 17:31 이는 정하신 사람으로 하여금 천하를 공의로 심판할 날을 작정하시고 이에 그를 죽은 자 가운데서 다시 살리신 것으로 모든 사람에게 믿을 만한 증거를 주셨음이니라 하니라 (개역개정) 17:31 For he has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he has appointed. He has given proof of this to all men by raising him from the dead." (NIV)

17:31 He will judge the world means that God will hold all people accountable, even these philosophers in Athens. raising him from the dead. Jesus is not just a religious teacher. The resurrection of Jesus is at the center of God’s plan for history and is the basis for hope in the future resurrection of the body (1 Cor. 15:42–57; Rev. 21:4). It is also a central evidence to persuade people to believe in Christ (Acts 2:24, 32). Most importantly, the resurrection placed Jesus at God’s right hand, showing his authority to be the judge and the giver of salvation that Paul is describing (2:30–36). 천하를 공의로 심판할 : 이것은 하나님께서 모든 사람에게, 심지어 아덴에 있는 이 철학자들에게도 책임을 물으실 것이라는 뜻입니다. 그를 죽은 자 가운데서 살리신 : 예수님은 단순히 종교적인 스승이 아닙니다. 예수님의 부활은 역사에 대한 하나님의 계획의 중심에 있습니다. 그리고 미래의 몸의 부활에 대한 소망의 기초입니다. 또한 부활은 사람들에게 예수님을 믿으라고 설득할 핵심 증거입니다. 가장 중요한 것은, 부활을 통해 예수님이 하나님의 우편에 오르셨고, 이는 바울이 묘사한 심판자이자 구원을 주시는 분으로써 그분의 권위를 보여준다는 것입니다.
